§ 03About this asset
GamePeek lets you preview your game on a real mobile device without leaving the Unity Editor. Start the server with one click, scan the QR code with the companion app, and your Game View appears on your phone instantly; live, over your local Wi-Fi.
Touch events from the phone are injected straight into Unity's Input System (or the legacy Input Manager), so your game responds to real touches exactly as it will on a physical device. Gyroscope and accelerometer data are forwarded too, letting you test motion controls without building.
Two transport modes are available: WebSocket (JPEG frames, zero extra dependencies) and WebRTC (low-latency peer-to-peer video, requires com.unity.webrtc). The editor advertises itself via mDNS/Bonjour, so the companion app discovers it automatically on the same network. No IP addresses to type. A QR code is also shown for instant connection.
GamePeek works in both Edit Mode and Play Mode, survives domain reloads with automatic reconnect, and configures the Windows Firewall on first run so you never have to touch network settings.
Pro features: 1080p resolution, and 60 fps; are unlocked through the GamePeek companion app.
GamePeek companion app is available at. GamePeek Website
