§ 03About this asset
MySoundtrack is tool that enables game devs to use the player's Spotify as the game's soundtrack! This way, you can make your players listen to their songs, but following the game's emocional pace. For this first version, you can associate areas to certain "vibes", and when the player enters that area, MySoundtrack will play his songs, that better fit into the vibe! Current available vibes are: - Combat - Romance - Sad - Adventure Features currently on work: - Possibility to assign vibes to any variable change, instead of only level areas. - Richer collider editing for SoundtrackAreas. Dependencies Asset uses JohnnyCrazy`s SpotifyAPI-NET under MIT License, an open-source API, included as a dll; see Third-Party Notices.txt file in package for details Important Note Current version requires the use of an Spotify Premium Account, or else, it will not be possible to control the player's playback.
