Oxygen EventBus

Oxygen EventBus is a fast event and message dispatching system for Unity. A side effect of the increasing complexity of modern games is, that more and more objects depend on each other. With event dispatching those objects only need to know the dispatcher, which will then propagate events and messages to all interested receivers. This approach yields therefore a loosely coupled system, which is much easier to maintain. Furthermore an event based system scales automatically, without increasing the complexity.
