Project Designer+ is a Unity editor extension for planning game production before implementation gets messy. It gives you visual planning boards inside Unity where you can organize tasks, milestones, notes, references, project knowledge, and optional technical design in one place. It is designed for solo developers and small indie teams who want a lightweight but structured way to plan vertical slices, roadmaps, feature breakdowns, launch checklists, and reference gathering without leaving the editor. What you can do with Project Designer+: - Create visual planning boards for tasks, milestones, notes, references, and project briefs. - Assign work from a project-wide team roster instead of typing names on every task. - Track blockers, overdue work, due-soon work, workload, and milestone health. - Save filtered views for roadmap, risks, references, samples, launch planning, and more. - Connect cards visually to show dependencies, milestone relationships, references, and technical relations. - Start quickly with onboarding templates and showcase boards. - Keep technical design available as a secondary workflow through class cards and technical views. - Extend the tool with custom nodes, edges, inspectors, and asset importers.
