§ 03About this asset
Modular collection of Sci Fi styled building parts. Currently at 5732 prefabs, and 1168 meshes. Build out futuristic levels for your Sci Fi games. Designed so that everything is quick and easy to snap together and all objects follow the same sizing and snap measurements. -If using ProGrids, I typically build everything to snap to a .25 grid size, and .025 for fine details. Perfect for FPS, 3rd Person, and Top-Down game designs. All models currently include 4 different texture variants. Included prefabs to add in a blacked out top for top-down views. ****** Pipes -designed to snap into the wall accent pillars. Each pillar has 8 places designed for pipes to run. 3 medium at the top, 3 small in the middle, and 1 large and 1 medium at the bottom. All prefabs are game-ready and set up with configured colliders. Drag them into your game's scene and hit play and walk all over them. Package is organized to make it easy to find everything. Just drag the prefabs into your scene and snap them into place. No standard assets or post processing has been included to keep everything clean and free of clutter. Feel free to set up your favorite post processing effects and make everything look fantastic. Materials are all atlased to keep draw counts down, and many of the meshes share 4k texture atlases. Current texture variants of all items are 2 different metals, 1 plastic, and 1 rusted option. Each material includes Specular, Albedo, Normal, and Occlusion layers. (emission layer included when applicable) I've been trying to just make things look good and clean with a classic Sci-Fi feel, and free of a billion decals and clutter.
