Seaside Docks

This kit comes with a nice starting amount of 189 modular prefabs to create nicely detailed docks and wooden seaside structures using the modular pieces included. This kit challenges you as the creator with full modularity. The main demo scene included was made in Unity piece by piece using the prefabs in the pack. A lot of the docks and walls were created plank by plank with LODs as needed. With that said, its a highly modular package, with PBR textures, props and structural components. For Medieval Mega Pack owners: A selection of these pieces were included in the MMP for a sample of the pack, but by buying this pack you still get a lot of new original prefabs that were not shown in that kit. The majority of what was sampled, were the small props - barrels, sacks, lanterns. This is a lower starting price. And the price will increase on updates as I add more. But you pay one price! As I create more prefabs and add to this pack, you will not be charged for any upgrade fees! - 189 modular prefabs (As the majority of pieces are created plank by plank. Average poly count of the planks are 192tris - 232tris. The reason being because they are more curved and rounded, and less square, for more of a natural look.) - PBR textures - The majority is 2048res, with some detail prefabs at 4096res textures - Slight post-processing was used for the demo-scene and video preview.. - A mermaid model included as a bonus.
