One of the major sound is a FM synthesizer. The new sound by additive synthesis has also affected the computer game sounds. Although FM sound is still loved by many game fans, due to the difficulty of sound making, it's harder to find authentic FM sound libraries than retro 8-bit (so-called PSG sound) libraries. In this library, the software emulator of FM sound chip is used that was installed in game consoles or PCs in the 90's. The sounds are created for this library and suited for modern retro style games or pixel games, etc. Also the hybrid style tracks combined FM and PCM (drum sampling) are included.
