BE AWARE THAT DEMO SCENE SHALL WORK ONLY IN HDRP, you can convert all assets to UR but demo scene will remain exclusively on HDRP. There are some prefabs that use materials with Tessellation, you will be able to use those assets on URP and Built-in RP, but the tessellation feature will remain for HDRP only, this is because the tessellation feature uses HDRP Lit shader to work.
